We rely on the generosity of our donors to sustain our programs and initiate special projects at our schools. Becoming a sponsor helps us to keep going with all the wonderful programs we have already begun, and develop them into the future. The kids have big dreams and so do we. The list of needs is long, but one by one we can work towards more and more opportunities for the children in rural Cambodia. We want to grow our programs and carry out more projects in the upcoming years, and we need your help to achieve these goals.

We are currently looking for sponsorship for the following programs:

Student Mentoring and Leadership Development
Our Student Mentoring program has been very successful. Mentors are reporting that they love their roles as leaders and volunteers in the community, and teachers have provided feedback that the younger children have shown improvement in their reading and maths skills. We would love to expand this program in numbers, as well as increase the leadership training opportunities for the mentors. $50 per mentoring pair provides the books for the children to study, framed mentoring certificates and a small gift for the mentors at the end of the year, plus we will now send our mentors to Jombok Hoas for a one day training course. Extra funding will enable us to add children to the program and grow.

Health Education Program 
Currently our Health Education program reaches out to two primary schools, a middle school and a high school. We have sponsors for the existing programs but we would love to expand to include the remaining middle school and primary school in the area. $200/year will allow us to continue the program for another year. We are also seeking additional support to purchase more health education resources for the children.

English/Tech Classes 
While this is the greatest ongoing cost for our schools, it is also the most critical. Our teachers are the backbone of what we do at the schools and in the community. They aren’t just teachers, they are program managers and support workers. By sponsoring a teacher you are essentially aiding all that we do!

We currently support three full time teacher salaries: Computers, English and Library/Arts.
